Pi 5: Moonlight-qt TTY Auto-Scrolling with 2.4GHz USB #1731

Describe the bug
I am running moonlight-qt on a Raspberry Pi 5B in TTY mode. When I plug in a 2.4 GHz air mouse receiver, the settings menu continuously scrolls upwards.The air mouse/keyboard unit is confirmed to be powered off during the test.
Running sudo evtest /dev/input/eventX on the device's interfaces shows NO continuous output/log when the receiver is idle.
When launching [Moonlight-qt] under X11, the same issue occurs, but the scrolling stops and the application is normal when the window loses focus.
Normal wired mice and keyboards work fine.
