Method of building Linux by merging feature branches into a stable Linux tag

Issue Description

Start using linux fork instead of patches
Merge custom branches to stable before generating tgz for buildroot
Keep feature branches forked from stable Linux tags
Keep track of the current Linux tag from which to build
Merge feature branches into upstream tag and then build
