Description

I am currently experiencing 2 issues with TabView tear out example:

1. Screen flickers to black when simply clicking to select another tab.
2. After a while of simply switching tabs, gallery crashes

I tried reproducing the issue by copying and pasting most of the TabView markup and event handlers and found that TabTearOutWindowRequested event fires immediately on left-click on the tab.

Is this something that developers supposed to work around? If so is there a better example that fixes flickering on a tab select? Why wouldn't it fire upon actually dragging the tab out of the TabView?

I also do not see any code to close the external window with a tab after dropping that tab into another window which might be at least part of the reason for crashes.
