Add opening animation to PowerToys Run #44109

Description of the new feature / enhancement
I completely replaced the Windows search function with PowerToys Run and have it pinned to the status bar! In other words, I use it constantly every day.
I'd like it to have an animation every time I open it; it could be a simple animation similar to the "bottom-up" animation in Windows 11.
And of course, make it optional, as I understand some people might prefer the current behavior.
Scenario when this would be used?
It's an improvement in quality of life that can be noticed in everyday.

PS: I got confused, I'm referring to the command palette and not the old PowerToys Run.
