Program panics when right-clicking an input inside a popover

Environment

• GPUI: [main 09ceec0]
• GPUI Component: [main f8f1ec8]
• Platform: [Windows 11]

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the GPUI Component Gallery.
2. Open the Popover section.
3. Click Popup Form.
4. Right-click inside the input component.

Expected

The right context menu should appear.

Actual

Program panic.

This because in GPUI we can't call defered in a defered elements.

The Popover is already in a defered. And the ContentMenu used defered too.

This is a know limition we need to resolve.
