Update multiwarehouse handling to use built in dbt macros #27

@jesshitchcock implemented macros to ensure that this repo can be run on different warehouses with warehouse specific SQL. @oli-rmsy says we might be able to use built-in dbt macros for this. This would be preferable because then we don't have to add dbs one by one and we can rely on dbt handling the different SQL dialects.
