[Handbook] Table of Contents need to be dynamically generated #6926
Description
Current Behavior
The pages of the community handbook are not handled as a collection in which its navigation menu listing all the pages is dynamically rendered, but instead they are statically itemized, causing the code and handbook to be fragile and more difficult to maintain than necessary.
Desired Situation
- Convert the pages of the community handbook to collection.
- Render its navigation menu listing all the pages dynamically.
