Switch to jakarta namespace

It looks like there is some movement to google/guice#1383 (context: #374 (comment)).

@pierre Guava 6.0 and 7.0 release, find more here: google/guice#1742 .

I think we will go with 6.0 first instead of directly jump to 7.0, because some libs/frameworks that won't support jakarta namespace. In next comment, I will list libs/frameworks we currently use along with its (major) versions, so at least we can watch them. Feel free to add more.

From this video (around mins 40), seems like Netflix successfully migrating by using gradle transform. But since we're not using gradle, our options is either:

• Using eclipse transformer : https://github.com/eclipse-transformer/transformer
• Using OpenRewrite : https://docs.openrewrite.org/
