Additional Feature for Document Upload: Naming Documents

Describe the feature
Currently when a user uploads a document, they do not have the ability to change the name of the uploaded directly on the site. The name displayed on the site can only be changed if the filename itself is modified before uploading the ID. This is not even possible for users who upload a document by taking a picture through the ImagetoPDF project. Thus, there is a potential for clients to be stuck with a number of documents with an unwanted or non-descriptive name. A feature that allows users to change the display name of a document uploaded to the site is necessary then.

No user stories. I believe general knowledge gained from use of technology gives the necessary evidence for lack of this feature creating moderate user pain points.

I was thinking about this too this morning - glad we are on the same page. This one we will need to think a bit about how it relates to the PDF metadata
