Add new hardware target: CoreWingF405WINGV2

We would like to request adding support for a new flight controller target in INAV: CoreWingF405WINGV2.

CoreWingF405WINGV2 is a fixed-wing–focused flight controller based on STM32F405.
The design is an evolution of an existing F405 wing platform, with improvements aimed at reliability and long-term maintenance.

Key points:

• Fixed-wing–oriented hardware design
• Updated UART mapping to avoid DFU hijacking during firmware upgrades
• Dedicated IMU DRDY connection
• Updated barometer selection

We are preparing the INAV target implementation and can provide validation hardware samples as required by the INAV hardware policy.
