Add Muon testing #9
Description
Muon is a Meson implementation which is not written in Python and supports any POSIX compiler.
I already know that currently the stable on Ubuntu (0.3.0) doesn't compile this project because it's missing specifying a comman-separated list of C standards while the latest master does, so wait a little.
