Blog RSS href is wrong

Looking at the source of https://grpc.io/blog/ you can see:

<link rel=alternate type=application/rss+xml href=https://grpc.io/blog/ title=gRPC>
```

The RSS button at the top-right works fine, and takes you to https://grpc.io/blog/index.xml , but the RSS button isn't visible on a narrow display like mobile.
