Repository status - Is this maintained?

It looks like there are a few issues that have been open for a few years with no movement, and also Pull requests that have no movement.

Is this project still maintained, or should it be archived / updated in the README to let people know it's in maintenance only (or point to a suitable fork / alternative?). Are you looking for new maintainers?
