Stop NoteDiscovery gracefully

Currently when i use docker stop notediscovery it takes 10 secounds for the NoteDiscovery container to stop.
The exit code that docker says the container was killed in is (SIGKILL):

It should be an easy fix to listen to when docker requests a shut down and then shutdown NoteDiscovery gracefully (but i can just ask ai to do it and that will only bring more problems).

I'm not an expert when it comes to exit codes, but looking around I think just doing something like this in the Dockerfile should suffice:

CMD exec uvicorn backend.main:app --host 0.0.0.0 --port $PORT --timeout-graceful-shutdown 2

can you verify by doing this (and not changing the rest of the code in the PR), all is as you'd expect?
