Please consider allowing or filing the auto publication of modern fortran on the Open VSX Registry (for VSCodium)

The Open VSX Registry (https://open-vsx.org) is an open-source registry for VS Code extensions operated by the Eclipse Foundation.

It offers an auto publishing service which publishes Extensions from the Visual Studio Code marketplace to the VSX Registry automatically.

I would like to ask you to either file a publication request by adding the VSCode extension to the extensions file of the VSX Registry or to allow me doing so for you.

I am on this now. It is proving to be a somewhat harder to remove the dependency to Microsoft's C/C++ extension. Some functionality will be lost and I will have to toggle it behind some extension-detection code.
