"Default flags" to go along with "default flavor"

Feature

Allow users to set "default flags" along with "default flavor".

For example, I want to always use JS regexes with gv flags by default, as v is the most powerful and consistent mode for JS regexes.

Nope, but they do enable Unicode property escapes, such as \p{N} for numerals:

'০১২৩৪৫৬৭৮৯'.match(/\d/gv) // null
'০১২৩৪৫৬৭৮৯'.match(/\p{N}/gv) // ['০', '১', '২', '৩', '৪', '৫', '৬', '৭', '৮', '৯']

    Some implementations did make alike interpretations before. (maybe even now?)
