Is DOAP a fit for data models and docs as code projects? #81

Description

@bartkl

Hello,

We maintain open source data/information models as code on GitHub, and manage these as we do our software applications. There are even CI/CD pipelines implemented to generate artifacts such documentation and certain schemas. Besides those, we also have documentation projects, which again are entirely in code (in AsciiDoc, a language similar to Markdown) and are treated much like we would software projects.

Would you consider these projects suitable for representing them as a doap:Project? Since the scope is (open source) software, I am not sure if this is intended use. I'm not even sure if perhaps these projects of mine could be fairly regarded software maybe, but it feels like a stretch.

Would love to hear from you,
Thanks
