For the progress-reporting bot, when TUs are linked, list out each TU

For the Twilight Princess project, we're starting to link a lot more TUs. When people do multiple in a single PR, it would be helpful to list out all the TUs that got linked.

The current workaround is to open up configure.py and see which TUs have "MatchingFor" added to them.
