Paths in a room makes the whole Room Editor unusable

In newest version of GameMaker: IDE v2024.11.0.179 Runtime v2024.11.0.226

If a room contains a path, or you create a path in it, then you will not be able to see the path, and worse, all the layers under the path layer will turn invisible and uneditable in the room editor, and if you tweak or create a path in the Room Editor GameMaker will pop up with the message "GameMaker has become unstable. Please save changes and exit".

Does not affect ingame, only the Room Editor. And turning the theme off resolves the issue.

Can also confirm this same issue 😢 I tried replacing the room json file with the original but same issue occured (though I'm not familiar with GM themes so may have done something wrong)

i was able to fix this by removing the file located here:
C:\ProgramData\GameMakerStudio2\Skins\Dracula\Styles\styles_patheditor.json

the path editor will still be stylized according to the theme.
