Te purpose is to tell which voting members are actually voting

I pulled this as a one-time query from heroku "data clips" with sql:

select users.name, count(votes.id) 
from votes
join users on votes.user_id = users.id
where votes.created_at > '2025-01-01' 
group by users.name
