New Nuget Release?

There's been a lot of changes since the last released version, 4.0.1, including some bug fixes. Is there a target date for a new release?

[Triage] we will try to do it by early December

Still working on it and aiming for this week - we're trying to have the publishing process better documented and understood by more people and therefore the delay (plus it's busy pre-massive vacation period).

We're close as in: all needed is merged as we know but I seem to have lost some permissions on the way - we could ask other person to do it for us but we want to make sure we can successfully do all the steps ourselves.
