More Phrase Start Button Combinations

Currently there are two combinations in Phrase View:

• START: Will play the current Phrase on loop
• L_TRIGGER + START: Will play all the chains from the current the Phrase and continue to the next Phrase or Chain.

I guess some additional combinations will be handy:

• B + START: Will play all the chains from the first Phrase of the current chain and continue to the next Phrase or Chain.
• R_TRIGGER + START: Will play all the chains from the first chain in Song.
