Simulation not starting Supervisor Controller, stays at 0.00x instead.

Describe the Bug
I am trying to create a maze for my robot to solve and explore, but lots of times (especially when I dont stop the program before restarting the world), the simulation does not create the world.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Restart the simulation a few times, and about 1 out of 3 times it will not work.
