Add extra third party upload options for AirLink device #136
Description
In Germany there is a big project https://sensor.community/ which collects data of particulate matter sensors. Maybe it's a good idea if it is possible to upload the sensor data of airlink devices in CumulusMX to those api's.
A few uploads would be nice to have, e.g. sensor.community (formerly luftdaten.info), madavi and opensensemap.
