Require TLS 1.2 as a minimum for accessing boxstarter.org #63
Description
In line with Chocolatey.org requiring TLS 1.2 as a minimum we should look to do the same.
The following is a very quick list of what we need to look at to make this happen - please add any further suggestions for updates:
- bootstrapper.ps1 - may need to be amended to support TLS 1.2;
- Update the docs 'Installing From The Web' to have the protocol set before downloading;
