Don't use aliases for Chocolatey commands #19

Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.
There are a couple of places with cinst and cpush are used, when these should really be choco install and choco push. While Boxstarter still understands these, these aliases are going to be removed from Chocolatey in future releases, so we should be consistent in the usage in Boxstarter.
Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?
Remove usage of the aliases, as this just causes confusion
