(maint) Removed repositories that won't be synced

Some of these have been moved to the Chocolatey Archive GitHub
Organisation, and others may be getting moved to the Chocolatey Solutions Organisation, so label syncing is not required.  Or further
yet, some don't have issues enabled on them, so label syncing is not
