Migration documentation needed

In order to facilitate easier adoption, a script and/or associated migration documentation should be provided for folks moving from cChoco to this new module.

As I haven't used cChoco, I'm afraid that documentation is up for grab.
That said, yes, I should improve the docs of the Chocolatey module (but there are others area to improve as well!)

Maybe @raandree can help with the DSC documentation here?
