More accurate color comparison on webpage

Colors displayed on webpage do not reflect the colors the bacteria produce very well. Two changes are suggested:

1. Update the RGB values shown in the current webpage to better reflect what we see on the plates
2. Load a photo of the bacterial strain growing on a plate into each record in the colors database, and display in a tooltip when a user hovers over the color in the color selector
