[Bug]: Shortcuts don't work with read-only filesystem #4339

@zazarpro

Description

@zazarpro

Describe the bug

If I create a shortcut to an executable in a read-only filesystem it will copy the executable to /run/user/1000/doc/xxx. Manually selecting and running it with bottles-cli works. If I create it with r/w access everything will work like bottles-cli.

To Reproduce

  1. Set ro in flatseal or other software
  2. Create shortcut
  3. Try to run
  4. Doesn't work

Package

Flatpak from Flathub

Distribution

Fedora 43 KDE
