Rename BlockPy Server

I don't know how we'd do this, but I really really wish I could rename this thing. We'd have to:

• Make the URL blockpy.cis.udel.edu work for whatever the new URL is, without any issues
• Rename the github repos
• Change the usage of BlockPy in many places in the codebase (and my folders on my computer)

It'd be nice, but in the end I don't think it's viable without breaking so many links and references :/

We could conceivably rebrand inside of the application though. Like everywhere that a user actually goes, we might be able to render a different name. It's worth looking into.
