Add support for azure openai

It does not work when using openai compatible endpoint

Did some digging around. If we can add a query params input and include it here

const url = new URL("./models", this.options.baseURL);

Then if we set the above URL to https://<name>.openai.azure.com/openai then it will work.

Hello @IgnisDa ! Sorry for the late reply. I just read the azure API docs, and it looks like you need to set the base URL to:

https://<name>.openai.azure.com/openai/v1

instead of:

https://<name>.openai.azure.com

Please let me know if that works. Also, is there any other issues using azure AI in AI Shell? Any ideas or features you'd like to see?
