Users can update the read-only checkboxes in Password Strength Indicator Component

Describe the bug

• Users were able to check or uncheck the read-only checkboxes inside the password-strength-indicator component.

Steps To Reproduce

• Make sure Strong Password feature is enabled.
• Open up the page containing the authorizer-signup or authorizer-reset-password components.
• Click on any of the checkboxes inside the password-strength-indicator component.

Expected behavior

• Users should not be able to update the status of the checkboxes inside read-only components.
