[MRRESOURCES-113] Add addDefaultExcludes parameter

I created a multi-module project for archetypes and use maven-remote-resources-plugin for shared files. Among these files is .gitingore, but it is not added to remote-resources.xml. It seems that it would be convenient to have the addDefaultExcludes option, similar to maven-resources-plugin.
