Build dropdown within a scrollable view

Hey,

I think It's very straightforward to build a dropdown and it's maybe the major use case of AlpineJS. But how would you do this task in a scrollable view… As you probably know the dropdown would be cut off and not visible outside.

As far as I know you should mount the dropdown outside the scrollable view. Are there any known ways / best practice for AlpineJS?
