[FEATURE] API Filtering for --prefix

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, Trying to work in a tenant with over 40,000 config profiles and close to 2500 apps. Was hoping to provide our BAU team the option to backup a specific school in our case and generate documentation by using the --prefix variable. How ever due to the size I'm assuming it can be very slow.

Describe the solution you'd like
Is it possible to do the prefix filtering through Graph rather then get all resources then filter?

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Running the script on a schedule to have the files ready but this increases cost for the use case of ad hoc requests of updated information.
