Teams are sending the file uploaded to all the agents

Files are being sent to all agents irrespective of clear instruction to team for sending the file to file analysis agent only.

I have created 2 agent one is to fetch from knowledge base and second agent is to analysis the files uploaded.
I have created a team member which will assign the task to the agents but during the process it is sending the file to both the agents to process.

How can i make it , so that it will send the file to file analysis agent only ?
