bug: cleaning generated files leaves out folders sometimes

The title must be making this clear, but essentially, atleast with /blog when I tested, it leaves out the directory. Currently what directories/files are supposed to get deleted are kinda hard coded, but this can be made very flexible.

NOTES of the maintainer:
I was wondering if making a text file or .csv of generated file/filepaths would help, but if there's a better way go ahead!
