Migrate changes from JayFoxRox/nv2a-trace

My personal repository is far ahead of this one. I'm in the process of moving changes (See #30 and follow-ups).

At least some of this work was done with the commit chain starting at 942d829 earlier this year. Would it be possible to call out any specific items that should still be migrated to make this issue more actionable?

I would probably say it's complete when tracing and analysis (such as JayFoxRox#9) have been separated properly / all of my features have ended up somewhere (so I can delete my repository, without losing any features).
However, I haven't worked on this in a long time so I don't remember the specifics.
