Add context to owner aggregation methods

There's some confusion about how owner aggregation happens. Anyone visiting the site would think it's done by actual owner and not by the owner's address. This can lead to some confusion.

Add context that describes:
 - how we use owner address
 - why we have to use owner address
 - exactly what the query looks like
