Addresses feedback from PR #836: the file upload form field collected user input despite file upload functionality not being implemented.

Changes

  • Added warning banner above file upload section stating feature is non-functional and directing users to GitHub/Live URL fields
  • Disabled file upload UI with 50% opacity, pointer-events: none, and disabled attribute
  • Updated submit validation to require only GitHub URL or Live URL (removed file upload check)

The file upload section remains visible to indicate planned functionality while preventing user confusion.
