In this task we shoud decide what type of existing http servers would we use or maybe we shoul create our own.

Why do you want to use the HTTP WebServer? May be something simpler?
What functionality from HTTP do you need?

As far as I know HTTP is one of the reqs, so kinda must-have.
Oh, it is simpler, much simpler than fully functioning HTTP server. Basically all we have to do is handle certain requests.
