gerberlibrary.dll missing

Dear,
I'm trying to open the PCB panelizer in visual studio.
When I try to compile, Visual Studio says to me: gerberlibrary,dll is missing.
I checked all the folders and actually there's no such file.

It's possible to have some informations about, or any other method to solve this issue?
