valkan headfile can not be included

I did this by step:
1. use template and gen a repo
2. git clone
3. ran setup.bat
4. pressed f5 to built and ran it in visual studio2022
5. and I got this errors:
`error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'vulkan/vulkan.h': No such file or directory`

How to fix it
