implement support for annotating differences using COMODI [see #30]
update to the latest version of the bives modules, which are able to annotate the diffs with terms from COMODI.
currently, diffs are annotated by default. however, we probably change the default behaviour in the near future.
flags for enabling/disabling the annotation featuers are yet to be implemented

implemented --inclAnnotations [see #30]
--inclAnnotations includes annotations into the xml encoded diff
also wrote tests to verify the behaviour
