[BUG] php bin/console list doesn't have update commands

Describe the bug and add attachments

The documentation list commands for php bin/console.
But there commands listed in https://devdocs.prestashop-project.org/9/basics/keeping-up-to-date/update/update-from-the-cli/ are not available:
update
update:check-new-version Display the version the store can update to.
update:check-requirements Check all prerequisites for an update.
update:start Update your store.

Expected behavior

documentation should reflect commands available

Steps to reproduce

install v 9.0.2
connect with ssh
go to root folder of prestashop.
run php bin/console list
There is no update:start or update:check-new-version available.

from 8.2.3 to 9.0.2

Below you’ll find the Update Assistant CLI user guide, with descriptions, syntax and examples of use. All the commands are run from the module in the folder modules/autoupgrade of your store and must not be mistaken with the bin/console of PrestaShop.
