Support for Adafruit Matrix Portal S3

IS it possible to use Adafruit Matrix Portal S3 as a complete solution to run ZeDMD?

I think that this device uses some electronics between the ESP32 S3 and the HUB75 connector. So it won't be supported by https://github.com/mrcodetastic/ESP32-HUB75-MatrixPanel-DMA

Two options:

1. open an issue at https://github.com/mrcodetastic/ESP32-HUB75-MatrixPanel-DMA to support that device
2. change the ZeDMD firmware to alternatively use Adafruit's drivers instead of ESP32-HUB75-MatrixPanel-DMA

I can review patches, but I don't have time to work on any of these options.
