Missing shutdown options on Windows 11 Spanish

Describe the bug

In Open-Shell 4.4.191, when hovering over the shutdown button when Windows Updates are available, the options 'Actualizar y reiniciar' (update and restart) and 'Actualizar y apagar' (update and shutdown) are available, but when you click the shutdown button, the options are not available in the shutdown dialog. I see this working perfectly in my Windows 10 with Open-Shell, but in Windows 11 is always broken.

In Windows 11 in Spanish language:

1-Click the start button
2-Click the shutdown button
3-Shutdown dialog is missing the Update options and shutdown options

Expected behavior

It must show all the options that are showed when hoverin the shutdown button.
