nif:lang vs nif:predLang in the wiki #23

@m1ci : https://github.com/NLP2RDF/software/wiki/Relation-of-the-NIF-Core-Ontology-to-ITS-2.0 uses nif:predLang incorrectly: that's for nif:Context (predominant language).
For smaller nif:Strings, use nif:lang
