Aim 3 Milestone 1: DANDI streaming by dataset ID in GuPPy GUI

To kick off progress on Aim 3, which seeks to integrate GuPPy with the Dandiset archive, we need to develop an initial prototype that supports streaming of data from a Dandi data set and ingesting it into the GuPPy pipeline.
